Marjorie May "Marg" Hunsperger, 95, Raymore, MO passed away September 10, 2017 at Foxwood Skilled Nursing. Visitation will be 2:00-3:00 p.m. followed by funeral service at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 16, at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Rd. Burial in Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Serenity Care Hospice, 1626 E. Elm St., Harrisonville, MO 64701.
Marg was born April 6, 1922 in Windsor, MO, daughter of Otto and Ruth (Bouder) Kahmann. Her favorite pastime was crafting, but she especially loved sewing. She was a lifelong housewife,...

Marg was born April 6, 1922 in Windsor, MO, daughter of Otto and Ruth (Bouder) Kahmann. Her favorite pastime was crafting, but she especially loved sewing. She was a lifelong housewife, her family being the most important thing in her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband Otis Leon Hunsperger, son H. Garrett Hunsperger, brother Harold Kahmann and sister Helen Lamb. Marg is survived by her son Bob Hunsperger, daughter-in-law Terry Hunsperger, grandsons Jeff and Jim (Jaclyn) Hunsperger, great-grandchildren Alix, Peyton, McKenzie, Ben, Jacob, Gage, Emma and Sam Hunsperger, and great-great-granddaughter Aspen.
The family wants to give special thanks to the nurses and staff at Serenity Care Hospice in Harrisonville and Foxwood Springs in Raymore.
