On March 25th, 2015, Bonnie Vivian Spiva Brown Melton was called quietly to serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Born September 16th, 1923, daughter of Grover Roy Spiva and Vivian Zella Klinker Spiva. Bonnie was one of three surviving children, Claudia Spiva Blake and Grover Roy Spiva who preceded her in a new life. She was the wife of Roscoe Dean Brown of Garnett, Kansas and Pete Melton of Atlanta, TX., also both preceding her in death. Her honored children Jean Brown of League City, TX. Bonnie was one of three surviving children, Claudia Spiva Blake and Grover Roy Spiva who preceded her in a new life. And proceeded in death by her son Robert Dean Brown of San Leon, TX. Loving grandchildren, Jamie and Cecil Hart, James Helm and fiancée Holly Harris of League City, TX. And Jesse Brown of San Leon, TX. Blessed great grandchildren, Tray Hart and Lapudpaksoo Nithipaphawarin of Alvin, TX. Taylor Hart of League City, TX. And Isaac Brown of Bacliff, TX. Adoring nieces and nephews Darell (Sandy) and Connie Blake of Olathe, KS. And Terry and Elizabeth Blake of Overland Park, KS.
Services will be held at Forest Park East in Webster, TX. Monday March 30th at 12:30 pm and graveside service interment to be held at Mt. Moriah Cemetery South, Kansas City, MO. Wednesday April 1st at 3:00 pm.
